Q) When will I recieve my reading?
A. Within 15-30 days of ordering or sooner, this is because I priortise the quality of my work.
Q) How will I receieve my reading?
A. Via the e-mail you provided when booking.
Q) Refund policy?
A. After booking, you can cancel and refund within 5 days, you cannot refund after this point as I would likely be working on your reading.
This is to both provide a safety net for you as well as save me time and resources that I hope you can understand.

A. Currently I do not offer live video/phone call readings in this moment of time, so if there is any details you want to mention then I advise you to do this during booking.
